1. Purpose and Scope
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders shipped by LIVEMART LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through lumenora.space. It covers all goods, including self-operated products, supplier products, returns, and exchanges. We are committed to providing safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
2. Selection of Carriers
2.1 We partner only with logistics providers holding valid transportation licenses and operating in compliance with applicable US and international laws.
2.2 Carriers are selected based on service quality, reliability, delivery network coverage, and cost-effectiveness. Primary partners include FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, and regional specialists.
3. Shipping Methods & Destinations
3.1 Continental US: Standard shipping via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or USPS Priority Mail. Expedited options (2-Day, Overnight) available at checkout.
3.2 Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, & International: Shipped via USPS Priority Mail International, FedEx International, or DHL. Delivery times and costs vary significantly.
3.3 Special Items: High-value, fragile, oversized, temperature-sensitive, or regulated items may require designated carriers or special handling (fees apply). Details provided per product.
4. Order Processing & Shipping Timeframes
4.1 Orders placed before 2:00 PM MST (Mountain Standard Time) on business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) are processed and shipped the same day, subject to product availability and verification. Pre-order, custom-made, or specially noted items may have longer processing times as stated on the product page.
4.2 Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST, on weekends, or on US holidays will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of the next business day.
4.3 Items with specific processing times (e.g., “Ships within 3-5 business days,” “Ships by [date]”) will adhere to the timeframe displayed on the product detail page.
5. Shipping Fees
5.1 Free Standard Shipping: Offered on orders over $50 USD shipped to addresses within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).
5.2 Standard Shipping Fee: Orders under $50 USD shipped within the contiguous US incur a calculated shipping fee displayed at checkout.
5.3 Non-Contiguous US & Remote Areas: Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, etc.), PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and other remote locations may incur additional surcharges. The exact fee is calculated and displayed during checkout.
5.4 International Shipping: Fees are calculated based on destination, package weight/dimensions, and carrier service selected. The total cost is displayed during checkout before payment confirmation. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.
6. Return & Exchange Shipping Responsibilities
6.1 Company Error (Defective/Wrong Item): If we ship an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, we will cover the cost of return shipping and the shipment of the correct replacement.
6.2 Customer-Initiated Return/Exchange: For returns or exchanges due to change of mind, size preference, etc., initiated within 30 days of receipt (items must be unused, in original condition, with tags/packaging):
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping to our designated facility.
LIVEMART LLC will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item for exchanges or the new item for returns processed as store credit/repurchase. Refunds for returns will exclude original shipping costs paid by the customer.
6.3 Refused/Undeliverable Shipments: If a shipment is refused by the recipient or returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for all associated shipping costs (original and return). Refunds will be issued minus these costs.
7. Risk of Loss & Title
Ownership (title) and risk of loss or damage for the products you order pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier (e.g., FedEx, USPS) for shipment. We are not liable for loss, damage, or delay once the carrier has taken possession of the package.
8. Prohibited & Restricted Items
We comply strictly with US and international regulations regarding prohibited and restricted items. Certain items sold on lumenora.space may have shipping restrictions based on content, destination, or carrier policies (e.g., hazardous materials, lithium batteries, liquids, perishables). Customers are responsible for ensuring orders comply with the laws of the destination country/region.
9. Force Majeure
LIVEMART LLC is not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics/epidemics, government actions, labor disputes, severe weather, or significant disruptions in carrier networks.
10. Policy Updates
LIVEMART LLC reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our website at lumenora.space/shipping-policy (or similar designated page). Changes become effective immediately upon posting.
