At LIVEMART LLC (“Lumenora”), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below regarding returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging and tags.

  • Your return request is submitted within 30 days​ of the item’s delivery date.

  • The product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect (we sent the wrong item).

Please Note:​ Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene, safety, or customization reasons. This typically includes (but is not limited to) digital downloads, personalized/custom-made products, and software licenses. Details will be noted on the relevant product page if applicable.

2. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected by our team (please allow 3-5 business days for processing after arrival):

    • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method​ used for the purchase.

    • Please allow 3–7 business days​ for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing times.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

  • Items showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing original packaging/tags.

  • Items purchased at a reduced price (e.g., clearance, final sale) unless they arrived defective or damaged.

  • Original shipping and handling fees (unless the error was ours, e.g., we sent the wrong or a defective item).

  • Non-returnable items as specified (digital goods, custom items, etc.).

4. How to Initiate a Return or Refund Request

To start the return process:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at support@lumenora.space​ within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Include the following information in your email:

    • Your Order Number

    • The Reason​ for your return request

    • Photos​ clearly showing the product condition and any issues (if applicable – e.g., damage, defect, wrong item).

  3. Our support team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with detailed return instructions​ and the appropriate return address.
